Terri Erdmann

Fulfilling a long awaited desire, Terri Erdmann has come to Land & Lake Realty with assets that are a great plus in the Real Estate business. As a resident of the Lewis and Clark lake area, Terri, her husband Kevin, and children, Seth and Sadie, are very familiar with the lake area surroundings and what that area has to offer. Terri has often times worked alongside her husband, Kevin, owner of Erdmann Construction, and has gained a working knowledge of building construction whether it be remodel and renovate, or new construction. This knowledge can really be very beneficial to prospective buyers or sellers needing tips on home improvements to prepare their homes for the market. In addition to her property and construction knowledge, Terri graduated from Mt. Marty College with a degree in Accounting and Business. These are great assets when it comes to the “Number Games” involved with Real Estate transactions.
